We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style. All accessories and stationary items including Badges, Lapel Pin, Mugs, Umbrellas, Caps, Stickers, Scale Models and Notebooks fall under non-returnable/exchangeable merchandise category.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.

To initiate a return/exchange, you can contact us at a47@blackwhiteorange.in. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Shipping charges, COD charges are not refundable. Only the product cost is liable for a refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. In case of COD, the refund will be made via GPAY / UPI. 

Please note that our products that are received damaged, incorrect or used/worn, a refund will not be approved. 

Kindly note, that the refund process takes up to 10 business days for processing.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Discounted Products / Sale Products

We do not accept exchange and refund requests on products purchased during a promotional campaign or sale. An order once placed using a discount or promo code CANNOT be exchanged or returned. Kindly refer to the size chart on each product page to make sure you have ordered the right one :)

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
